To us REAL fans, there's no better feeling than winning competitions. Getting to a final is next. Then a top 6 finish or semi-final appearance. Then I suppose the derby counts as the most important league fixture.
Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really!
SPOT ON!

I have to speak up for Willie Manu here. He was FAR from lazy and worked his ass off. He was out on his feet at half time, but kept working hard through the 2nd half.
Some of us noticed Mr Manu!

I have to say that for the majority of the game, the FC boys did not look interested. Yes they are good in arm wrestle, which today was, but they have to rise above that.
Craig Hall - certainly not the 'go forward' threat of Briscoe. Calderwood - tried his hardest but just isnt cutting it Yeaman - what the f**k happened today? He's meant to be a Talisman Briscoe - great effort, no supporting act Berrigan - always 100% but again, no supporting act Thorman - had his chance to win over the 'undecided' - wasted it. Horne - great to see him improving
Or, of Motu for that matter
and disagree completely, he was one of our better players today by far
lets not start a Slate Calderwood fest again, the bloke can be judged if he is ever in a position to score tries which with the way we are currently playing means he wont be judged for a long time.
