I don't expect the Newcastle haters on here to take in the facts, at the end of the day they have their own agenda towards Newcastle and i doubt that will change. But why should Keegan stay? ? ? So he can be undermined and dictated to as manager? ? ? No way, i dont blame him at all for walking. Yes it left us in the s*it a bit, but there is no way he should be dictated to and lied to by the owners and chairman.

i dont blame him either tbh keagan did the right thing for leaving newcastle he wasnt the manager there he was more like the puppet and wise and ashley were pulling his strings imo

It's all well and good Keegan saying he needs this and that, what he gets is a different matter - the same with any club.

Obviously not mate, but the fact is Keegan publically stated he wanted a left back and a creative midfielder as a priority, i.e. get these in before we buy anyone else.

Keegan wanted Taiwo from Marseille but Ashley wouldn't pay an extra £2m for what Marseille wanted from him. Same goes with another player, a right back, who's name i have forgotten, however, same thing.

The biggest thing that stinks is, we wanted Michael Johnson from Man City at the time when Given went to Man City. So what do our deal negotiators do, bid £7million, have it rejected, but then bid £7million again, as if Man City were almost going to change their mind straight away. We then give Given, one of the best goalkeepers in Europe, away to a club who have billions of pounds, for £6million. They get their man, we miss out on ours.

Are everton guaranteed Europa cup football next season because chelsea are in the champions league? The bbc say so, but the newspapers say that the cup spot goes to the league. Anyone know whos right?

I know it used to be cup runners up when winners were already qualified but think its changed now
