Question for you, why would Trinity need a loan with the council acting as a guarantor when they have assets which would easily cover the £150K? The reason the council is involved is because the Trust has no discernable assets in which to borrow the money against.

Can we shed any light on this TRB? He is correct, they are on the list, but so are Keighley Cougars, Chester City and G.Ramsey's restaurant The Maze in London, so not over panicked just yet

If the Tax has been settled thats good, but I think the club should have got the list amended unless it's all been a bit last minute getting approx £150,00 plus together from wherever

You missed off Crystal Palace. I imagine that tomorrow is set as the deadline to meet the payment agreed 12 weeks ago. They will either pay up, have/will renegotiated payment or be wound up and go into admin.
