Yeah ... I pretty much agree with Jemmo's analysis ... except that I don't leave it at player level as people know.
Yes players can be mavericks BUT that is when and where the coach should step in.
That's his watch ... his domain ... his curtilage.

He should tutor his players.
Trouble is ... who tutors HIM?

He certainly doesn't seem to listen to fan's concerns.

Why?
Because some players think that can act independently and they must be team players.
There is no way that a player like Kesik can be allowed to just slap someone because he is niggled for instance.
What about your team mates?

Beginning to think I attend a different game to some people. Massive difference between ‘slapping’ someone and pushing them off you to play the ball?
Nothing like an exaggeration.

Yes Jemmo that's it pretty much spot on, I agree with every point made.
And YES Osbourne did look like he couldn't be Ar**ed to me specially when he came on in the first half, but I thought that was just me reading his body language wrong.

Hakim needs to be higher up the pitch not stood under the posts, but i hope Howden is back this week he was looking good, missed Charlie Martin as well last 2 matches.

we also missed Crossy when he had to go off. Hope that's not too bad, but it didn't look good at all with his reaction and all, punching the ground in frustration.

Myself and a fair few people round me commented it was a soft penalty for the ref to give although I actually thought it was a push to the chest. But how many times a game do you see players react like that to being pinned down and get the penalty in our favour? Keiran for instance did it once as I believe so did hakim. I don’t think a player can be faulted for trying to get the fast play of the ball that they are entitled to. I can see why people comment about the constant negativity on here. Those players can give 100% for 80 mins yet get torn apart for one small thing.

I mean I could have got his surname wrong.
How about Paul Mennell?

I thought he was Andy Clarke for a minute.

He reckoned that he played with Parky and Audley ..

I think you may be talking about Paul Milner who played for the Dons in 1984 before a serious leg injury kept him out of the game until 1987.

It doesn't really matter what the difference is ... the results of Kesik's and Owen's petulant actions were two penalties whilst we were attacking ... that means we gave the ball away.

And as for Owen, I think the ref lost patience with him and didn't penalise him for pushing but for not playing the ball, but just standing there shaking his head.

The point is they are discipline problems.

Bingo Gary that's it ... Paul Milner ... he said that he had a leg injury ... right knee I think.
He reckoned he had enough skill to play at international level at the time.
Dunno.

Who is tearing players apart?
These are possible game changing/ game losing avoidable penalties.
We lost the game against York by giving them two penalties on the bounce ... the first for blatent ball stripping. They went to the other end and scored. Game over.

I accept that during a game half a dozen penalties will be given away as a matter of course.

But silly penalties have no place in a serious team.
