Groundhog day....
Agree re McLelland - if anything letting him know he'll keep getting picked will take pressure off him because he won't be worried that one mistake will cost him his place.

Myler is a fraud.
Think gotcha stated that no Cas half back could produce a performance to match Mylers in the last game.
Who got motm tonight?
Absolutely clutching at straws to say the scoreline didn't reflect....We are void of confidence, have lost 8/11 games yet won at a canter without getting out of 2nd gear.
"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."
An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.

Singleton 5.3m per carry bettered by the 20kg lighter Donaldson again. Laughable stats again, despite doing some work in defence. Sad to say Watkins is now so bad in defence that he's being targeted as he's clearly seen as a turnstyle. Almost all Cas' tries came from desperately poor efforts on our part - not to say they wouldn't have won anyway but we just gift opposition tries through lack of line speed and team effort. There is no pride at all in our goal line defence.
The last try was almost as bad as any I've seen, as it summed up the complete lack of effort - poorish kick, line wanders up, one pass and they're through. Utter disgrace.

I am never sure what people are watching when they critisize Smith defensively. I don’t think he was particular great tonight, think unlike others he is actually trying too hard. But 53 tackles in that team is not something to be sniffed at, especially in areas target by the opposition because of Watkins and Myler around him. This isn’t his first plus 50 of season either.
By the way, the short period Dwyer was on, he missed five tackles. That is pretty pathetic, and no wonder he was pulled off and not back on.

I thought our right side was bad with Minikin and Clare but wow. Your right side is atrocious. No idea what has happened to Watkins but he looks to have just give in. Jesse and Blair just ran them to bits with even Eden looking like a good winger.
Think you will still beat London though which will give you time to bring in a top coach.
I've no idea how Agar keeps getting jobs. Everywhere he has been he makes teams look incompetent.

Agreed, he's the worst of the lot for me.

Going forward yes, but again surely people can not ignore defence. I am not saying it is a reason he should be in, but 43 tackles and 2 misses is a hell of a work load to take out of the team, when it appears his replacements can’t match that level. If you meant Singleton.
