Yet again the slow start cost us.

Don't knock Jowitt with his knock on near the end, his one on one tackling kept us in the game.

Would certainly keep him in, Miller just not doing enough for me, whether he's still not fit, or the burden of captaincy

We can’t keep starting games so slow, it happens way too often. We keep giving ourselves too much to do, it asks an awful lot to be near perfect in the second half of games. Well played Max Jowitt, 3 try saving tackles. And once again Miller flatters to deceive. Fingers crossed big Dave isn’t too bad.

I’d say 2 try saving tackles and an absolute unforgivable error under the kick, where he’s supposed to be strong.

Or keep Jowitt at FB, Brough and Hampshire in the halves. Miller was poor today and no player should be exempt from being dropped.

I would say Millers game is purely based on the half he is playing with, we needed Brough today... to slow things down and to ensure there was structure within the play. Miller generally plays freely on the back of this, as does Rocky.

I wouldn’t drop him, I’d let him prove his worth when he’s got Brough back with him.

Jowitt MOM for me, blotted his copybook with the error towards the end but couldn't fault him for the rest. Had Batchelor passed inside when we were on a roll I think we'd have won the game, fine margins again. Fingers crossed for Big Dave, that looked nasty, we need all our big guns for next week.

Two in the first half and one on Langi in the second. The drop wasn’t good granted but the rest of his game was very good, including the try assist for BJB. If we are rewarding performances as Chester has previously said then Miller should be nowhere near the team next week with Brough back.
