"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."

An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.

Just gotta give saints lots of credit. They mentally defeated us in the first 15 minutes when we were camped on their line but we couldn't break through and they intercepted and pretty much scored 2 tries on their first 2 visits to our red zone. Tremendous team. I thought we tried our knackers off and ultimately we aren't good enough. Every so often you just have to say a team are better than you and hold your hands up.

Good post, not often you hear RL fans acknowledging the other team as being genuienly better. Usually totally the fault of their own team or the match officials. I agree with you, Cas had a real go today and would have beaten most teams in Super League. Scary when you think Saints still have Luke Thompson, Kyle Amor and Mark Percival to add back to that side today.

We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

I agree and to be honest we've had a couple of weeks were we have not been outstanding, but from experience a season is a long time.

In a one off game we can still get over turned. (I think Salford showed that last week)

I'm glad we have a top 5 format as that gives the top 2 that second bite at the cherry that other formats lack and sometimes saints have needed that.

Still a long way to go.

The Leigh and Wakefield fans mentality......

Say something negative about any other team than theirs - Its an opinion

Say something negative about Leigh and Wakefield - TROLL

An easy KO win for Walsmley in his anticipated clash against watts. Showed that watts still has a bit to go until he can be considered in the same class.

Fair play to cas though. Never stopped trying and never gave up. Always going to be difficult with so many players out injured

The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you.
Welsby-Dodd-Simms-Eaves-Rizzelli, not Eastmond...the future is coming.

To be fair Walmsley had an accomplish in Morgan Knowles who bashed Watts at times before he could get in his stride. Really good player though Watts has an enormous work rate. Cas are not far off, a bit more composure and less errors and they will beat most teams they have still got plenty of games to get up to 3rd place.

This match made increasingly clear that a full strength Catalans team is the only club that can beat St. Helens, as happened in the Challenge Cup semi-final last year.

Catalan are coming to form at the right time and they have a big pack that can cause Saints some problems.
Warrington also be a hard team to beat.
Let's see who gets to the semis before we worry about either of those two.
On form Wakefield shouldn't be a problem but they always give Saints a tough game and form counts for nothing in the cup

We said the pretty much the same. We didn’t play too badly; just Saints are superior in every department. No shame in that.
I wish we’d stop trying to play the game at their pace though. It hasn’t/doesn’t work & DP needs to take some responsibility for continuing with the same plan time and time again.

Noticeable difference already with Roby in the sin bin.

Well, there generally is a difference when one team has a man less than the other.

Some fans are unaware Walmsley went off 3 minutes earlier and we were only running with 2 recognised props. When Roby went off Holbrook brought Smith onto the field and I think Knowles went to prop.
So there was bound to be some disruption for those last 10 mins without Roby of the first half but opposition fans won’t accept that situation.

For sale thirty brand new suits, made in 2007 never been worn but rather tear stained.
Apply to Wigan warriors rented accommodation.

2 nil will get you a win
30 nil will get you a win
75 nil is absolute humiliation.

They said they same when Barba was here...how did it end up for you when he stopped trying when he got his NRL deal?

The fact is Barba stopped playing, any replacement for any injured player will give 100%. By your post you have proved without a shadow of doubt you are an imbecile.
