They don’t appoint Ged Stokes first team coach in 2003 and he doesn’t move his family to Cumbria.

As a result his son Ben stays in Christchurch and plays for the black caps in the 2019 World Cup final at Lords.

Huddersfield Giants 2013 over achievers

Huddersfield Giants 2014 under achievers ??????????

Watched as much of it as. I could and thought it was fantastic entertainment. Just goees to show that having a successful internatinalteam brings money into sport.

Hardly anyone complaining about the make up of a team led by an Irishman and starring a West Indian.

So unlike RL.

Are you joking? That final yesterday was like nothing I've ever seen. Certainly streets ahead of the dross super league have been churning out this season.

Plus only 2 and half weeks until Yorkshire day and the start of the real cricket with test squad captained by Yorkshire's Joe Root.

Anyway I think to show our appreciation Workington should be fast tracked into Super league.

Oh dear
One of, possibly THE, most dramatic finish to a sporting event, with both sides performing to the highest level and you would rather watch paint dry ??

Ok Dulux, fetch your lead, it's time for walkies.
Although the 4/5 day games can be tedious, the game yesterday was utterly superb.

Well done England

Cricket has reinvented itself to meet the requirements of the modern world. I went to an Indian Premier league game last year and it was fantastic. Interesting spectacle, full of families enjoying themselves. Next year England is introducing the 100 ball game with 10 balls in the last over. The Aussies have the big bash.........

We should be looking at these sports not knocking them.
