Quoteball-in-hand="ball-in-hand"Most teams not involved in the cc are giving their players a break and I genuinely think it will do our players good as long as they come back with a fresh attitude.'"
I can see a case for this. Psychology is a big influence in all sports and our guys look battered in a number of cases. A fewc days to take a deep breath and come back refreshed may not be a bad thing
Let’s hope this break gives players the time to evaluate their own part in this miserable run of form and come back in a different frame of mind and a better attitude .We may even have a few new faces in the camp to mix things up .For me the big question is how did we go from a side who teams were wary of and mixing it up with the best ,to a team of easy beats in such a short space of time ,however this has happened we need to get get back to our old ways pretty quick for all our sakes .
My initial thoughts were that they should be on the training pitch for the next couple of weeks, but I don't think that would solve the problem.
The break can't make them any worse but may freshen them a little to come back and fight off relegation, because we are now in a battle unthought of two months ago.
