We have to beat London to be sure, it’s as simple as that for me.

It is possible the other sides might not win more than one more game, but it isn’t to be assumed.

We still have control over this at the moment.

We have never been as far behind the NRL as we are now, Tony Smith last week was spot on with his comments.

That London team last night was absolutely terrible. They offered nothing at all in the match. Didn’t even need to defend well. Yet they won, away, and by three scores.

Imagine been level on the table with that London side come seasons end. Utter embarrassment.

You can tell when Leeds lose cos people on here start talking about how poor the rest of SL is.

Not a dicky bird about it when we beat Hudds n Catalans.

3 games to go and major battles on for top 5 and 5 teams all in danger of relegation. Absolutely superb entertainment every week. Really competitive.

I’ve said it all season. And this discussion isn’t based on Leeds losing, plenty of compliments on Saints, it’s about London and how terrible they are.

Sorry Marty, but only an easily pleased individual would see the competition on the pitch as entertaining. More entertaining watching paint dry.

There is significant difference between competitive and quality - the standard of SL is mediocre and when compared to the intensity of the NRL ponderous.

The point is more, why are we down there, and how poor those sides are. That is the discussion.

Our top 5 hopes are now gone, but 5th to 12th place is very close, Salford who are now 5th were in the relegation battle a few months back.
