What sort of advantage to they have over us in terms of squad budget? 10%? 20%?

Let's be honest , they've been the best team for the last 2 years but bar that ben flower sending off that gifted them 2014 they've been living in the shadow of Leeds and Wigan like everyone else for the last 10
