I wish everyone would read bramleyrhino's post two or three times just to get it through some thick skulls

Mr bramleyrhino speaks a lot of sense.

I think we might see a roof introduced at same stage but don't think it will be developed any where near the level of the rest of the ground. Probably more along the lines of the stand at Wakey which basically covers fans but does nothing to add to the available facilities.

Sod that. I'd rather keep the end open than have something as fugly as that.

When the sun is out. the WT is a cracking place to watch the game from. The way a lot of visiting fans go on about it, you'd think that Leeds only ever played during typhoon season.

Well, I'm not saying model the development on that exact build! Just a basic roof.

But yeah, considering the loans that are due to be paid I think it'll be a long way off changing in any way shape or form...

Any ideas when the finishing touches will be completed?

Removal of remaining 2 floodlights
Presumably resurface the tarmac underneath the new main stand?
Reinstall the TVs in the Extentia upper stand
Bring back Black Sheep in Extentia cafe ;)

I’d expect this to be done in the off season break.

I was thinking about how the pitch is lit up, is it just all the lights from the top of that stands?

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

Watching the cricket over the weekend the stadium is now one of the most impressive sporting venues in the UK.

[watching Mackay testing the curry in the prison kitchens]
Fletcher: Course, he sees 'imself as an authority on curry, he does, on account of where he was stationed in the army.
Rudge: Where? India?
Fletcher: No, Bradford.

The tarmac under the Emerald Stand had been completed.

"Brian McDermott, with a wry smile, nods when asked if he remembers a specific incident which made him realise he was a prick. 'I do', he murmurs."

If that's the final state of it then it's the shoddyist part of such an expensive development. I just can't believe it's going to be left like that.
