Just looked back at the Dons League performances over the last four seasons.

2016 Finished 4th in the League.
Played 14 Won 10 Lost 4. 28.5% of League fixtures lost

2017 Finished 5th in the League
Played 15 Won 9 Lost 4 Drawn 2. 26.6% of League fixtures lost

2018 Finished 4th in the League
Played 29 Won 22 Lost 7. 24% of League fixtures lost

2019 Finished 4th in the League
Played 20 Won 12 Lost 8. 40% of League fixtures lost

the facts / figures dont lie !!! which is why the majority of fans have given up on this set up.. something really really special needs to happens (major signings) between now and the start of next season,,, as I said in a previous post you could not give me a season ticket for next year ,,, never mind sell me one. Here,s hoping for a brighter future.

I share you concerns that a large number of fans feel disappointed at the club's lack of progress in recent years.

I made the club aware of this at the recent Fans Panel Meeting (although not minuted).

Carl asked what the club has got to do to win fans round? I said the club needs to make a statement of intent for 2020 by signing players of sufficient quality to make everyone believe we can get promoted next season.

I am extemely concerned by the potential drop-off in season ticket sales due to our not getting promoted but I hope my fears are unfounded in that the club will make enough good quality signings to persuade fans to be part of the club in 2020.

We all want the club to be successful. It's going to be much harder to be successful (both now and in the longer-term) if attendances fall so I sincerely hope all fans will stick by the club.

Weve had names at the dons over the years recently as ritchie barnett, richard owen, ryan boyle not quite cut it have they? Why give a beswick kind of guy a last pay day when we can have logan, carter and smeaton

Carter i dont know anything about

Logan if he stays as fit and in shape as when a full time pro will be good

Sam will give 110% iv played with and against him hes played in good championship teams

Newcastle had QLT and Taulapapa, no wonder they did better than us ...
