Ok so to balance it up, what have been the great successful decisions of the last 20 years or so. I'll start off with one from each decade
90s (late) saving our ass by merging with Gateshead
00s appointing kear
10s getting shot of hetherington

Moving to the KC saved us.

Signing Marc Sneyd ewas vital to our first win at Wembley.

Pearson coming has seen the club improve in so many ways resulting in the two CCs

Playing wise id say bringing in Pritchard - didnt have the best of years but lifted the club to finally believe we could compete. Im hoping Manu Mau this coming year will have a similar effect

Agree with all of the above.

Would add the transformation of the club off the field, 20 years ago id you wanted a shirt youd be visiting a portacabin at the Boulevard now we are a retail machine!
