If we sign an outside back he should be better than what we have. So if it’s a centre move Newman to the wing or if it’s a winger it’s to replace Briscoe or Handley otherwise what’s the point.
As forSam playing again dream on he’s well and truly finished.

The reality is none of us know whether Sam Burgess’s shoulder will recover enough for him to take the field again. It might, and if it does we have a marquee spot available.

I wonder if an NRL club have said they are willing to take him on, they don’t take much notice of Super League contracts nowadays and he’s made no secret that he wants to get back in the NRL, maybe we are better of with Gale after all.
