Apparently the club may on the verge of a 'significant sponsorship agreement with an internationally recognised brand'. Anybody got their ear on the ground?
Maybe the council are going to shell out £2.5m on an asset they already own and sell it to us for £1.9m so we can then sell a big chunk of it on for development and a big profit?

Only been done so Grudgell gets some of his money back and doesn’t walk away. It’s an ageing stadium that’s going to start costing money. Won’t have a soft touch Council to foot the bill for floodlight repairs in the future.
I can see Pearson looking into the possibility of a new stadium for us when our lease of KCom runs out in a few years. Unless he somehow gets involved in the football club again, and then he won’t need to.

Good bit of Business though eh Irrelevant Of an aging Stadium. He can now hold the key to Re Develop without asking the Landlord? And to be fair, can you REALLY see Mr Pearson building a new Stadium?
