Very sad news received today about one of our longest standing "online" fans and one of the boards moderators for his sins

Chris passed away last Friday after a long battle with cancer.

Ive known Chris for may years going back to the good old days of the Hull FC forums, had many a good chat anout rugby and a few pints along the way.

A very knowledgable and generous man, be sadly missed my many

Just awful news. So, so sad. I only met him in person once but had many a long chat with him online. Heartfelt condolences to his wife and family. He will be sorely missed.

Never met him, but spoke to him many times on here and Twitter, seemed a really nice guy, very intelligent and highly passionate about Hull.
