I listened to it last night
Very enjoyable
Some interesting stats that he quoted on the numbers playing at youth level. Pretty worrying if numbers decline any further

just finishing watching it (was supposed to be doing SQL work), been a good interview

Superb, a great insight into the man, the club and the day to day issues that sit behind the running of successful sporting clubs.

The last 20mins or so Rads touched on some great things about culture, developing the club, investability, freebie culture etc

Really enjoyed it

Do we still think he’s useless and only there due to jobs for the boys or is he now the best thing since sliced bread?

He’s got a tough job on his hands that’s for sure. I think as a supporter you always want people running the club to have the genuine passion for the club that we have and in Rads we’ve got that. It doesn’t give them free reign to make a pigs ear of the job but I think he’s doing a good job and In trying circumstances.
