Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.

Who cares what a CEO of another club says and does? He used to do it to play on the club rivalry / banter thing to stir up some interest from fans of the club he's in charge of. That's his job, and for a while it kept the fans interested in the far-too often played derby. Now it's run it's course and people are bored of it, so we're seeing him move things in a more professional direction with videos of training meetings etc (which to be honest I think the majority of fans would prefer): https://youtu.be/uC_UGIbsK2o

If it's any consolation I'm sure he'll be doing similar banter/stirring at his next club, possibly towards his former employers at Warrington.

It’s the CEO’s job to play on club rivalry / banter and drum up interest?

Playing along with it was part of the plan, obviously. Has it worked? Probably not much. Could we do with a better CEO? Possibly, I guess we'll see what he plans to do going forward.

Ignoring all the banter rubbish, he's done some good things from a matchday experience perspective. Certainly, we've had a much better return on investment than his predecessor from the Lawn Tennis Association gave us.

Don’t be slagging off Kiss Cam Karl. He’s given us NFTs, award winning light shows, Greg Inglis, Luther Burrell and Steve Price. So swings and roundabouts :-)
