The issue is they name TW, they state exemption and they state the word "maximum" to that club. Which yes I agree as it states each club can have a max of 5 overseas players,TW's paragraph carries an alternative as "5" isn't mentioned.

There must be one of them players we named in the 8 which are FED trained, but I cant think which one. Do you think they have broken the rules?
