And he doesn't seem to mind doing the night shift, when I bet all our other mods. are tucked up in bed!

I used to have a Corporal who was about 5ft 6, not particularly good at his job either but liked to shout the odds & 'try' to run rough shod over everyone, he had what I call 'Little Man Syndrome' !
