Toronto Wolfpack have taken a significant minority stake in the Skolars. It will be interesting to see where this leads.

Interesting, after the UK Wolfpack finances were in effect wound up it does raise questions of how they are now able to put money into another UK venture.
Obviously it’s From the Canadian side but still odd.
Where is the info coming from

Wonder what “an Inkind financial investment” means?
And in answer to the question WQ it’s a stake less than 50%
Who knows what they value the club at though ?

It doesn't really make sense. Inkind suggests non financial. Players, marketing advice etc.

But it says in kind financial which as you say is odd!

how can they have a foot in two clubs when this was disallowed by the RFL for wigan / london

An owner is allowed to have interest in more than one club, however the second club can be no greater than a 25% ownership stake and cannot be a controlling position.
