Interesting, after the UK Wolfpack finances were in effect wound up it does raise questions of how they are now able to put money into another UK venture. Obviously it’s From the Canadian side but still odd. Where is the info coming from

It doesn't really make sense. Inkind suggests non financial. Players, marketing advice etc.
An owner is allowed to have interest in more than one club, however the second club can be no greater than a 25% ownership stake and cannot be a controlling position.
