What is wrong with some of you, when in recent times have we sold players whilst under contract unless they have indicated that they want to move to increase their game time. I know those of us that have supported the club through various leaderships have lived through years of players leaving to prop the club up for another season.
With the current regime this is now no longer the case and with regards Fifita all we have heard is his desire to stay and at a minimum take the one year extension.
He could have left two seasons ago but decided to stay why would he move now because we have a stronger squad.

Not just big Dave , Anthony England is in his last year, I’d like to see him get at least 1 year extension minimum, thought he and big Dave stood out against Wire, he’s a tackling machine and obvious CC had him and Dave downas the prefers starting props ,, he tends to go under the radar but since his arrival from Wire he has been involved in the upward trend of trinity ?

You might recall your other favourite David did just that in 2010 via Bradford. Solamona.

You can't hold it against DF if that is his choice.

No one would hold it against him..... But equally that isn't being discussed.
This is a thread that has been done before and answered by DC and Big Dave.
He is happy here and has an option to stay. We want him to stay. Let them sort it out.

But on the final winning club thing.
He came across the year his team won the grand final mainly because he wasn't getting in the team. He's got experience of that club but has had more success personally with us.
I'd say that counts for something. It's not like he'd just walk back into a Storm or Roosters front row. As long as its financially OK I reckon he's better here.

Anyway i’d be surprised if big Dave was to leave Wakey, he loves it here and his kids are settled in school. Unless the lure of moving back to Oz is too strong i reckon he’ll sign here again. But given he turns 30 this summer this is probably his last major big earning, long-term, contract so money talks as well and there’s bound to be plenty of interest. Fingers crossed we can get it sorted.

Hope you did'nt spend all your precious time finding that out dont know if you noticed but a troll came on trying to spread his poison after me saying what i said he went away never to appear again he never challenged what i put because he had no idea! Wasn't that Dave Solomona, who we got in the end. He was overweight, a lot slower, but I wish we had someone now with the handling skills he possessed.
