IF we were to make it to Wembley, where would be an ideal place to stay over? and would also have easy access to the ground? Also where would all Leythers meet up for pre-match refreshments?

Good hotel at Near Tottenham Court Road right near Leicester Square could take over there that’s where I stopped when been challenge cup in the past

Cheers Monty,however, it's about 11 miles (30 mins on tube) to Wembley tube station, and then a 10-15 minute walk to the stadium. I was thinking hotel, and pre-match drinks with walk up to the stadium in the same vicinity if it's possible.

Have you ever been to the new Wembley it’s not the best of places around the ground. The hotels put on bars in the car parks around the ground could take over one of them

Havnt got my Ticket for 71 but in 72 it was £1-75 !!
Went in the Legends bar last Sunday Charles but you must have been in higher circles of company had a good chat with the usual crew in The George though
