The fact is we do have a good squad when everyone is fit and playing well. Therein lies the problem, some of our best players have missed large chunks of the season and at the moment we have very few playing well.
Coaching staff and players seem unable to resolve the problems, but with a refresh in the back room and key players fully fit, next year could be a much better one.
I see the current losing run as having some parallels with the run that Hull went on last season when they had horrendous injury problems, so if we can avoid the drop and the stuff above happen we could be a competitive side again. That’s all I want and I suspect many trinity fans want, a team that win or loose we can be proud of. That was the case in the previous 2 seasons not so much the last few months of this season
