A chance to go for a try with a penalty on the half way and we decided to kick for goal like we’re playing rugby union at altitude in South Africa.

The most bizarre decision I’ve seen.

A tap and go would have been more advisable, never mind a kick to the corner!

Echoing the sentiment of every part time fan who turned out to bank park in August in their old shirt but didn’t go to Wembley.

Those who watch every week and genuinely love this club don’t share those sentiments. Three or four big one off games don’t cover the stinking pile of manure we’ve endured this year.

We hadn't prepared for loosing Austin like we had for Wembley. On the whole I've been disappointed with on field across the season...he's been class off it. Patton couldn't deal with the extra responsibility and was terrible...out of the outside backs only Mamo was a plus.
It's a sorry performance.
Called it wrong...did say without an injury crash...you could argue loosing Austin on field just that...had he not played and gone with Currie or Hughes at 6 in training...
Well we'll never know now.

How old are you RD? I am just a tad concerned you might not see Wire win at OT in your lifetime.

Don't know about RD but I'm certainly beginning to think I'll never see us win at OT in my lifetime, and I'm only 17.
