Fair enough however the reality is the Saints, Warrington and Wigan are a tight group at the top of betting. To "demand" we finish ahead of one of them given history, squads, resources etc makes us look arrogant and unpleasant IMO.

Which is why most feel 4th spot is up for grabs and based on the squads assembled, we're in a strong position for top 4. Of course there's lots of internal and external factors which impact this but if we go through the season relatively injury free, I think missing out on the playoffs is a failure.

I'm not convinced anyone will go down this coming, think they will either close shop or expand to 14.

With two teams not taking Sky money they might expand but does anyone else worry about Toronto's viability ? No home games till the end of April, ongoing payment issues and a huge wage bill with SBW? I hope I am wrong.

Cats have lost their TV deal too, I hope they manage to get that resolved.
