I think the Reserves match has been cancelled. Just an under 18s game now and some small sided Scholarship games as far as I know.

Agree re Bowden and Swift as can’t see either of them making the team for Leeds unless we have an injury between now and game day. Neither have had any game time in the friendlies so think the backs will be Ratu, Faraimo, Fonua & Griffin/Carlos.
Wonder if we’ll see Connor start at 6 with Kelly on the bench?

I hope not Chris
Radford definitely trying to find a place for Connor and giving him the number 6 shirt was the wrong thing to do in my opinion, and although numbers to some dont mean a lot i am certain to others they do.
You have to earn your place in the team and Kelly is by far the better 6.
The problem Radford has is does he give in to a sulking Connor and give him what he wants or put the best 13 on the field in their best positions and not revert to square pegs in round holes.
Griffin seems to have played himself into the starting 13 and Connor will not get the right centre position in front of Fonua so at best there is a bench spot for Connor.
Cant see any advantage of having Albo on the bench other than to appease Connor.
I have said several times i like to see Jake in the right centre role but my feeling is with all the extra competition for places and Jake been moved around again to cover for injuries he will be unsettled and the club may decide to cash in and let him move on.

1 and 6 are interchangeable and out of Shaul, Connor and Kelly, Shaul is the weak link for me. Kelly at FB.

Also, whilst Griffin started at centre today, don't forget he has been in the back row for the other friendlies. I don't think it's set in stone that he will be centre against Leeds.

Couldn't agree more, if Kelly is fit and firing he's one of the best 6's in SL, Connor is a million miles off that at the moment.
