Fellow RL fans,

Temporarily back in the UK and would love to watch today's games.

However, I don't want a Sky TV subscription because I won't be in the UK next month.

Any suggestions? I think the Sky Sports Arena pass for £18 a month may be the way to go as it seems you can watch on your laptop.

so it's cheaper than an entry into a ground but your not willing to pay it, wow the game won't survive with supporters like you

Think you've got the wrong end of the stick to be honest.

I'm happy to pay for games, and pay for attendance to games when I'm here. Usually buy a programme at the game. I also buy replica kits etc.

I don't want a year's Sky subscription or a full sports package because it's no use to me, for the reasons above. Wondering if people have suggestions for a one-off or month only pass - a reasonable question.

now you want me to jib off giving some money to a broadcaster/streaming service for a month pass, some of which will go to the RL, to...

buying a token drink and giving no money to the RL (landlord having already paid his subs anyway)?

If all the Super League games (for the next month) are definitely on the Arena channel, then £18 doesn't sound to bad.
Now TV only do daily passes for all the channels for £9.99, or £39.99 for a month.

If you are only wanting to watch for a month, get a nowtv monthly sky sports pass for £30-35
You can hook into it from wherever you happen to be..

With so many games in August, it will be great value.

If you get a Sky subscription it comes with SkyGo which means you can access it anywhere in Europe (I think)

*Edit* You also may be able to connect your laptop via HDMI to a tv and watch it full screen now.
