A defeat but given where we are, at least the ceiling didn’t fall in.

Let’s see what they do with the rest of the season whether we have any more games to endure or ignore this year, and then think about what we want for the future.

cant fault the effort this time,.performance was only marginally better than of late and hull were no great shakes tonight, just need 2 or 3 bigger players with a bit of quality

Assuming that comes in I’m about $5000 better off

Ha ha ha.
Who would have thought that Tarquell's Biff Tannen 20/20 hindsight betting system didn't work before a game.

You still sat in your trolleys in your beach hut at Sand le Mere.

Keep the predictions coming.

Do we need to set up a crowd funding page to get you to Bondi or are you having a Meltdown ?

Looking for positives from the game I had to look very very hard. One thing a lot of young players getting game time at top league level they will be better next year. Just hope that we can add some big nasty players up the middle. Last night looked like academy against first team FC have some size about them. Also am I the only one who thinks Kenny Dowell is taking up space on the budget? I just don’t see what he has brought to us for what I guess he is getting paid.

Re: The Derby : Fri Oct 30, 2020 11:36 am
Being saying it time after time after time, we need some big grizzly forwards who inflict damage on the opposition. The backs are on a loser when the forward battle is lost. In the long lost glory days in the late 70,s and early 80,s(when we actually won things, in fact everything) our forwards usually pummelled the opposition and laid the platform for our backs, which weren't too shabby either. The fact remains, the table does not lie, and unless we get some serious forward power next season its not looking good. Don't like being negative, but that's the way I see it. It has to be addressed or the consequences are likely relegation. Fingers crossed we get lucky with any potential recruitment, we need it and quick.

Think Storton was making SKD's defence look ok on that right edge. He's been awful since Storton has been injured.

Whist effort from most there we just have no one to organise
, cannot expect the youngest players to take on the responsibility, even though they tried.

Always thought SKD was an odd signing. He's certainly not lived up to expectations. To spend big money on a quota player I would have thought a half back or a prop would have been wiser.

I would normally make fun of your team/club after a derby crushing but I’m starting to feel sorry for you. No money, players leaving, a chairman jumping ship. Not looking to good for you to be honest. I’ll miss the competitive derby games and four easy league points.

Where has Craig hkr disappeared to?
