Best memories are that try at the DW in 2017 when he beat about eight tacklers, they just couldnt knock him down - also coming off the bench for the second half last year in the home derby. Totally dominated the game and ran rings around the Rovers defence.

That derby performance will live long in the memory

He deserves a good drink now his season is over & if he ends up in McDonald's afterwards, so be it.

If he stay in pub until last orders I hope he gets a taxi to McDonalds!

Good luck, shame you didn't get to say goodbye at the KC Albert.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Frederick Douglas

Loved watching Alby play, I real character. I'm glad people have recognised his defence as well as his ridiculous pinball style attacking runs.
At Rovers he'd do things and you'd just look around you and you could see everyone thinking "did that just happen, did he do that?"
I even enjoyed watching him play for you!

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Best no 6 I've seen in a Hull shirt, good luck Alby, shame you couldn't have stayed for another few years.

Toughest tackling halfback I've seen in my time

The best tackling half- back I have ever seen play for Hull was also called Albert and played in the fabulous 50's era. A classic one on one bootlace tackler who felled them all whether big or small.

Albert Tripp played for about 5 seasons preceding the legendary Tommy Finn.

A brilliant talent, most naturally gifted player I've seen at FC. Players who can conjure something from nothing are such a rare commodity, and always give you that shred of hope something can happen when things look impossible.

Some brilliant moments at FC. Obviously Wembley 2017, but his miracle assist to Chris Green in the semi typified him. That ridiculous try against Wigan shrugging off about 8 defenders. And that run from deep Good Friday 2019 to set up Connor Wynne. Hope he gets an NRL gig so we can keep watching him.
