As it's only me, whenever I get anything particularly contentious I run it past Admin and the other mods for opinion so it isn't just my personal biased view.
Equally if there is a decision you don't like, you are free to PM me to discuss it, or raise a ticket with Admin through the help function at the top of the page.
Can't say I've ever unlocked a locked thread but I have reduced a ban before. But not often :)
Bumped into Wilzay's Aunt Renee the other day as it appens, she was only saying you've not reduced her ban either
