Lol. Been down there once. Saw us get absolutely whacked, with one of our great teams.... !
If we ain't gonna win it I prefer a good old fashioned club like Cas over the money hands act day of the week. I'm a fan of RL too and prefer rooting for the underdog. I work in Cas too and stone solid people following that club.....

Doesn't really ring true. When I worked in Normy, Cas and Wakey away were two never-miss games (going to work following the '17 GF after the stuff they'd been coming out with after the 60-point win was one of the sweetest things ever).

I think in general dabs get so blinkered with their 'own' clubs fortunes, it stops them enjoying other great sporting stories....

Not really. Cas and the Hun are our two historic biggest local rivals so it'll always be odd to me for people to support them in games against third parties.

Didn't you find it immensely satisfying knowing that the entire Cas squad probably cost less to assemble than Widdop, Austin and Inglis!!
If people can't enjoy and get behind that then no wonder RL is on its knees.....!

enjoyed the games but stopped going to wembley as a neutral in the 80s - poss puts our win into perspective

I worked in Normy for 10 years as well, and nothing better than turning them idiots over. I don’t despise them like they do us, more pitty them to be honest. They’re like the noisy neighbours that have never amounted to anything. Cas will always be a piece of dog s**t on Leeds’s shoe.
