Just read the latest Courier article, an interview with Paul Smith. http://www.halifaxcourier.co.uk/halifax ... 5272174.jp A interesting interview but its the last sentence which I have waited many years for someone in the club to say. "I just think everyone in the dressing room is very proud to be playing for Halifax at the moment." I think it was evident last Saturday how proud they were but for noises from the players echoing that sentiment is so pleasing.

Spot on Haighy couldnt agree more thats what we pay our money for and its what makes going to watch them every week a great pleasure. Im proud to wear the shirt and support the team.

Here here, i'm proud to wear the shirt but it's even better that the players are proud to wear the shirt.

pride in what do in anything is great, glad the players are proud to wear the shirt for halifax.

Would be nice to see more people out and about in everyday life wearing their blue and white.

I happily go out wearing mine, and am proud to be seen wearing it. I regularly trundle around Huddersfield town centre and am not afraid to be seen in it.

It actually is a talking point for many and I think it raises the profile of the team and gets others talking about the lads and could possibly get them down the Shay to see what is occuring.

I don't know about anyone else but I always save my shirt for matchdays. If I wear it all the time like Dulls and Man Utd fans then I think it loses its magic a bit somewhat.

I once wore mine to a board meeting. Some lame brain Southern nonce asked how long i'd been supporting QPR.

Wear my various Fax ones all around Europe. I wear Aussies & Fax ones to work as well. And all my work colleagues know that I am a Rugby League fan and am not a Soccer fan!

Wearing your Shirt or Polo Shirt or having a sticker in the car is a great way to promote the club as well as our wonderful sport. I remember when Car Flags were the in thing as well. Do not know if they still are.
