Quality player and leaves Leigh with the other two best hookers in this comp except for maybe Hendo at Sheffield. I really don't think Ashall and Handforth are the answer for turning a game on its head when the chips are down like Penky/Ellis/Beswick and Hendo can do.
Come on Karl think of the bigger picture here than just trying to keep up with the others. Let's push the boat out and get a player that our rivals fear please.Pivotal to the success of our next season-oh and Luke Brannigan at 6 would be great!

Wonder how close they are paying him to the rumoured 45Ka season he wanted?

Murrell also could be on his way there and with Leigh making some good signings Im a tad worried we could be left behind for next season.

Confirmed fev board.

Prop ( Crosley) we were after from Dewsbury and hooker Ellis both rumoured to be our targets both now to fev
Positive.......Tonks and Barlow retained by us who were both Fev targets.

The "two more signings statement this week"(3 weeks ago)clearly ran into some difficulty and options seem to be narrowing certainly from home grown talent. Ie Tommy Lee to London .

Going to need a rabbit from out of a hat soon. Ellis v Handforth or Ashall is a daunting prospect on a wet dismal Monday!

If Rhino doesn't start to make some announcements regarding marque signings soon to replace at least Penky I will start to question his decision making big style. I'm not panicking yet but not rushing to ask Santa for a season ticket either. We could seriously be left behind and for me I'd have to question how a coach does that IF that was the case?? Fev are now streets ahead in my opinion.
