Well I suppose he has to try something but he always speaks like a Corporate Marketing guru selling a new product range rather than a man of sport, I agree with the need for publicity but stick to the facts not bullsh*t as usual Fat Controller.

Tangible??? More people taking notice of RL, really? Yer huge crowds at these new clubs so far Nigel like 200 or so at most games, that really has boosted the public profile in Oxford, Gloucester and Hemel Hempstead hasn't it?

Yer well done to London Skolars but look at their group not hard to win that one was it? As for North Wales Crusaders is it over as how many games have they played? That will boost the crowd at the Shay if its London Skolars v Crusaders I am sure - not.
Also its only round 9 in SL so obviously there is not much of a gap between top and bottom - YET.
If its the best yet heaven help us - why on earth have we all supported the game all these years and if it is the best ever Fat Controller how come the crowds are down?
