The RFL can do nothing now to punish Leigh because of what has gone before. Even if they did deducted them 3 points it makes no difference to the league standings.
Best thing the RFL can do is say 'sorry we made a right balls up allowing duel Reg.' Then scrap it and have done.

Think it would be Crusaders who would be due for the non-punishment.I agree entirely with your last paragraph.

You're all being conned if you get sucked into this rubbish, i feel sorry for those club directors that stuck within the rules & guidelines and spent hours of their time & loads of their money attempting to compete.

drop duel reg its a shambles, lets get back to to supporting our own team not some mixed team with super league players in it,supportes in championships want to see there own players compete on a level playing field.

Leigh have just received a 15 point deduction for 2014 - we still won the league though so play offs are unaffected
