My brother in-law is a big Cas fan and we had a £50 bet recently, he reckons out of the 3 team Cas will play in there new stadium 1st, i reckon it will be Rovers. I know that Wakey have approached Rovers with some kind of offer so that tells me all may not be smooth with there plans. There are also rumours that Cas either have or are about to drop there planning application for Glasshoughton. The race is on which of the 3 will play in there new stadiums 1st ?

A total and utter lie just to boost the creditability of your argument. The truth is, that it won't be economically viable for Fev to build a large SL standard stadium if there is no guarantee that SL rugby will be played there. To make it viable either Cas or Wakey would have to come in on the project. For the record, after the Thornes Park project collapsed Fev did approach Wakey with a view to going it together, Wakey declined and decided to kick on with there own plans. A small amount of people that live at the end of Newmarket lane that are so small in numbers, won't have much of an influence on the decision making.
