On the outcome of the game Thursday I think a win for Leigh by 8 points.
I thought Huddersfield getting 4 start with the bookies on Sunday was generous.
What are they offering tomorrow?

Whether careless or intentional, you have to have a duty of care to the opposition. Yes we often see a player rough up a kicker after the kick has gone, but to go elbow first towards the throat/chin area is so stupid and inexcusable.

The one thing I admire Rugby Union for is the length of bans they're prepared to hand out. Chris Ashton today got a 13 week ban. Longer punishments would surely not only help eradicate such foul play but make the sport look better by showing it's prepared to act on them.

Well his previous 10 week ban has obviously had no effect in Ashton's case.

wish i had bothered to look for that, always fancied a Hudds win there.

Leigh are around 4/1 to win outright and evens with a 10 point start. Great odds if you ask me.

Always expected a reversion to the "CBA" brand of RL we served up before, a contributing factor to my non attendance at sHudds.

Cant see Thursday being any different.

A lot can't/won't travel over to Yorkshire on a Thursday night but we have filled 12 coaches so there should be a pretty good following of Leythers coming over.

Friday would have been miles better but I guess Sky gets what Sky wants...

There's a bit of a thing about biting in RU. It's just not done anymore. It used to be very common but it went the way of drink driving. Players hate it. You used to be able to smack someone and get away with it if you could show a bite mark.
