Its amazing that McDermott treat his players so bad, flogged them and was a terrible coach......yet they all want to play for him again.

Yes, the people (person) who spread that BS on here was full of ****, so keen to pretend to everyone they were in the know. They did exactly the same with Tony Smith a decade before.

I definitely don’t recall anyone saying something like that about Ryan Hall, Kallum Watkins or Richie Myler, Marty. Was that ever said?

I think the bigger issue here is not getting away from players at back end of career and on decline. Doesn’t know another way.

I would be suprised if Leeds made any attempt to bring Hall back to be honest
Still a good player ive no doubt but i cant see us being interested in him returning.

Hall is still playing at a good level, and would probably start if he was anywhere else. But I wouldn't want him back at this stage, I don't think

I would imagine we were definitely interested. Still a good player, local lad, knows the club, would be expected to fit right back in. I can see lots of positives.

That said, a three year deal is definitely too long. If Leeds offered a two year as was said on here that would seem sensible, you could always extend it if things go well.

If Toronto have offered a longer deal on more money then good luck to him. Like many Leeds players of the era Hall probably could have earned more at other clubs but stuck it out to win things. Now he wants to cash in, fair enough.

The ink isn’t dried yet but apparently it’s nailed on but I’m told we were definitely interested in him. It’s come from a former major sponsor who’s still close to the club. Supppse you never truly know though
