Bear in mind that the outcome of the appeal is not cut and dry then what else do you expect him to say. If the appeal fails and he has been quoted as saying "can't wait to p#ss off and leave" he would have hacked off a prospective employer. comments keeping all options open.

it depends who was asking the questions. If it was an interview for the bulldogs website or similar hes hardly going to be telling them he cant wait to get out is he. I suspect if he was being interviewed by the YEP his tone of answer would be much different.

The games I've seen him in he's been good!! Solid defence, good pass, good off load, good go forward when asked to play prop and deceptively quick for a big en!! But that all sounds very optimistic!! I'm sure someone will be along to say he's crap any time soon!!
