| Without two props coming in it will be a very tough year. The Front row is often where games are won and lost, look at the Playoff game last year as an example. Without at least two props coming in we are light if everyone is fit, and then even if we get two in we’re still short of injuries bite.
We simply must get some business done before the end of this year to give the incoming players a chance to arrive and settle in.

I think two quality forwards coming in would help close the gap. However we need a better 6 also. But it’s a building process and it takes time to get the right players. Clearly we’re facing some challenges both budget wise and due to the pandemic.

| I reckon with the right pre season and some coaching lui has a decent season in him.take your point on on two quality props but the odds of us getting 2 'quality' props are quite slim.one perhaps.

| I think financially it will be tricky to get 2 quality props in from NRL but that may depend on how much Ava is on should he leave of course

| That’s my point Trebor1, we need to see how much we need to spend on top priority (marquee). Then see what is left for number 2 and a third signing if anything left. So once we get the big signing over the line things will move.

| They must have a reasonable idea about what they are willing to pay otherwise how do they negotiate and plan?

| Not as far as I am aware. Bigger name players will always be paid more than lesser name or younger players. We may not always pay the top dollar but we would have no stars if we did not pay the top guys well. So there will be a huge spear of salaries.
