Reported on Sky sports and several newspapers now us and Hull have agreed a fee for Jay Simpson from Arsenal. Decision to be made before the weekend.

Nope. Read the Sky Sports report online, and thought 'Hull then' when I came to the line that a fee of £1.2million has been agreed with Aresenal.

Abbott was absolutley miffed a few week back at why he didnt sign fully for Carlisle, now he knows why he turned them down.

I think it's a little odd only being a month long. Probably will just be used as cover for Howsen and Kilkenny until we can bring in someone permanently.

Apparently he's on a months loan so he can play on Saturday, club are looking to bring him in for the season but are yet to sort out the finer details with Man Citeh.
