I was told that Leeming deal was done and Prior the talks were ongoing. These two signings assumed that Merrin was staying. Lets wait and see what is happening.

I completely agree. Let’s not forget Crosby and Ward will HOPEFULLY be like new signings. Faith needs to be put into Cameron Smith, I don’t think Sutcliffe is as bad as some on here think either. We look really light in the backs, and the way we treated Golding was a disgrace.......

I understand that Prior was never going to be the Marquee player as Merrin was staying, if he goes (understand we will know more tomorrow) then another spot is available to replace Merrin and also a Marquee spot.

Shannon Boyd, reading between the lines. Enough cap space,Club has good links with GCT. GCT want him off the cap and are willing to pay part of his wages. He’s willing to come to Super League, nothing been confirmed as of yet. I’d be happy with that.

Cam Smith is dross. He needs to step up big time. Reminds me of Singleton. A smattering of good games in-between lots of rubbish.

Feel sorry for sutty really. Never had the chance to nail a position apart from SO which he isn't suited too. A very useful and probably cheap squad player.

I’d prefer Boyd to Prior, and wouldn’t sign them both.

Bit harsh to say Smith is dross. Very skillfull player and good defender. I think he needs some confidence to be shown in him, and give him the chance to nail the 13 position.....

What are you so obsessed with Cam Smith for? He has had plenty of chances to become a decent player and he just lacks. He should not be in the starting line up at all.
