What a delightful post.

On a more serious matter I'm looking forward to seeing Toronto up close against a good level of opposition and not against clubs spending less than what Toronto spend on visas.

I also think hull is a good early test of what our squad is like. Hull are tough but not at the level of saints, Wigan or Warrington so it's one we should win if we have top 4/5 aspirations.

I can see Hull being top 3 this year behind Wigan and Saints if the coach gets it right.
A narrow defeat for us and we are making progress.
Anything more and we will be doing well.

I often wonder how such a big club in Ull still are a slumbering giant with the occasional yawn. Then I see Radford in charge and can see why.

Ull will be there or there abouts, the pack is impressive, Sneyd is solid and they can play. I just think when the inevitable injuries come in to play they will fall away and sometimes they are their own worst enemies, but it wont be dull.

I think Gareth Widdop will be a great signing for Warrington.

Can only see the top 3 been Warrington, Wigan and St Helens barring an injury crisis.

Widdop is garbage. Not a 6 and flatters to deceive.

Widdop is a strange one as I was hoping we would sign him based on his performances in the NRL.
But he was very poor playing for GB admittedly along with most others.
The same can be said for Hastings.
But the standard of SL is so poor that reasonably average players from the NRL look good over here.
So I would expect him to go well unfortunately.

Sadly you may be right.

Very disappointing how poor SL seems to be in terms of quality at the moment.

Think Leeds will have the pack and halves to compete with anyone next year. Backs look our weaker link. We need a top class winger IMO
