Hi apparently rovers are talking to him?

Two questions if ok 1. Is ade being released or has he been offered a new deal?.
2. Whats opinion on him?

1. out of contract
2. will do a solid job wherever he goes. Has cut out the silly mistakes he used to make, but is no game breaker and wont score many stunning tries.

He's getting on in years and has had a few long term injuries in the last couple of years.

For mine I would say he flattered to decieve. When I first saw him I thought he would be a lightening winger. But he never seemed to be able to let fly with his pace.

He is an honest grafter though and will have a good work ethic, with run through a brick wall for the team and get his head taken off a few times in the process.

Ade has consistently been one of our top try scorers (8th top in Super League I believe) and has always given of his best each time he's appeared. During the past couple of seasons he's struggled a bit with injury but he's always been a great credit to our team and his work ethic can't be faulted. My god, what does a player have to do for Saints to earn a bit of respect when nearing the end of his career? (and yes, I mean you Saddo......!!!!)

Pipe down son. No one has disrespected Ade on here. But there is no room for sentimentality in professional sport either.

You will see what disrespecting a player is when Saints announce Wellens' new deal.

I bet you are that sycophantic that you will see that re-signing as a positive move as well?

Take him, he's well behind swift and makinson for a wing spot, without an injury crisis he'd be nowhere near the 19 let alone 17

Strong finisher close to the line, there's not many as good at squeezing over in contact, trucks the ball up admirably, but lacks any pace or panash.

When his confidence is up, he'll handle kicks well, but he has some really off days on that front.

I'm surprised you can actually spell "sycophantic" but I can spell "patronising", "son"! Did I actually say that Saints should offer Ade a new contract? I simply commented that trolls such as yourself (and others) should respect those players who have given great service to the club. I sincerely hope Ade gets a new contract (whichever club he plays for next season) because he's a good deal better than many of the wingers I've seen this season. I might also say that I'd be delighted if Wello gets a one-year contract extension as he's played well from the bench but I'd qualify this by saying that Wilko should be our captain for next season.
