Most young players half to start some where once they are signed from amateur level.

Given the increased restrictions on overseas players, this will be an area all clubs look at more closely. I'd first look to the academy and if a position can't be filled from there and no top quality overseas player is available then NL should be the next port of call.

Actually, a few players signed from the lower leagues have contested the last two Grand Finals, unlike Nero.

You should look further afield than, say, Wakefield, for your players.
