Completely agree. With the Fev game being on the Monday we will only have a 5 day turn around before this fixture. If you were to pick an opponent, you couldn't have picked a better choice. These amateur sides are always a tricky fixture (I remember Underbank being a tough game in 2020) so I hope we show them respect and put out a side that is very much capable of getting the win.

Great tie for both sides. Acorn get a good away day and a bit of money. We get to play a few kids alongside a good pack.

Hope it’s not like a huge blowout for York’s sake.

Outstanding tie for West Bowling as well who go to York Knights.

As we got closer and closer to the end of the draw, Bradford Bulls and West Bowling were still in the hat. I was praying that we got drawn against each other. No such luck.

The 1895 Cup will start on the same weekend as the Challenge Cup semi-finals, which take place on Saturday, July 22.

If any of the four teams involved remain in the Challenge Cup, their 1895 Cup semi-final will be rearranged.

The 1895 Cup final will be the last of four finals at Wembley on a busy Saturday, August 12, following those of the Year 7 popular Champion Schools competition, the Women’s Challenge Cup and the men’s showpiece.

That's bad scheduling. We are beating Saints in the challenge cup semi final that day so will need to re-arrange.

Game to take place on Sunday 12th March with a 3pm kick off. Tickets priced at £12 for adults. Well done on the club for reducing the price for this fixture.
