Your failure also lies in;

a) Your stadium
b) Your attendances
c) Your team

I don’t know, I think Leeds crowds are pretty decent, stadium not too shabby and 4 grand Final wins in the last 6 years or so is pretty good going.

I apologize for not viewing RLFans enough to know every posters choice of teams. Point still stands, Wakfields ground makes conference football teams grounds look good. Their attendance is horribly average and in the last 5 weeks they've conceded at least 40 points against some very average teams (Hull, Hull Kr and Quins)

I thought we did ok on Sunday as well, never expected to get as far as the Semi to be honest. The only shame was I was not allowed to take a beer on the terrace at the KC!

Don't forget, new South Stand as well! :wink:

“You are playing a game of football this afternoon but more than that you are playing for England, and more even than that, you are playing for right versus wrong. You will win because you have to win. Don’t forget that message from home. England expects every one of you to do his duty.”

Wakefield had the worst succesful appplication of the 13, Halifax were assessed as being worse than Wakey
that in itself is a fair call from my point of view
how much of this is due to Wakey being in SL and Fax in the Championship is a seperate debate

Well I predict Savills report was very fair about the prospect of Wakey and Cas's new stadiums and last time I looked Wakey were above 3 other SL sides on attendances.

Bitter much?

As a Hull FC fan, I'm not sure what I'd be bitter about?? Yes, Wakfields' new stadium... Hm.

Shame it hasn't worked out for Crusaders. Where does this leave them officially? Is it a option to move back down to Bridgend and carry on where they left off?

A merger with Scorpions and play out of Neath in the Championship best option but probably just go to the wall and have Scorpions, Valley Cougars keeping the game alive in the South. A team playing out of Rhyl or Bangor at a lower level could be an option as there is the interest in the North for a similar set up to either of the South Wales sides but alas I can not see Wrexham being an option unless Wrexham Supporters Trust can get control of Wrexham FC.

The rumours are this might not be the whole truth! They have some big key issues, stadium etc, but the recent rumours of Wakey being only one of four clubs to be graded as 'Green' for their academy/junior set-up and the Community Department being very strong, I think that might not be strictly true!

if it isnt true then why did the chairman of the RFL answer the question "why choose Wakefield over Halifax?" on the RFL youtube channel? - it is a very strong implication from the RFL, if not admission that they were the worst of the 13
